介護保険料、月５２００円に　１２年度、厚労省試算

　厚生労働省は１９日、介護保険で６５歳以上MBT KISUMUの月額保険料が全国平均で２０１２年度には約５２００円に上るとの試算を民主党介護保険制度改革ワーキングチームに示した。高齢化に伴うサービス利用増などが影響し、現在の４１６０円に比べ２５％高くなる。
　高所得者らの自己負担増など、保険料を軽減する対策をすべて実施すれば、月額を４８００円台に縮小できる試算も発表。だが、すべての軽減策を実現するのは困難とみられ、一部利用者への負担増をどこまMBT M.WALKで実施できるかが今後の課題となりそうだ。
　試算によるとMBT SAPATU、サービス利用者や施設整備の増加に伴い、１２年度には保険料も大幅に上昇。さらに現在実施中の介護職員の月給引き上げ策を、介護報酬改定に反映させると約５００億円、認知症支援策の充実で約８０億円の国庫負担が必要で、この場合の保険料は約５２００円になると見込む。
